The firmness level of the Nolah mattress is best suited for sleepers who weigh less than 200 pounds. Side sleepers tend to enjoy the Nolah the most, finding it promotes spinal alignment. Overall, more sleepers who weigh less than 130 pounds tend to prefer the Nolah compared to those who weighed more, some of whom might want a firmer bed. Sleepers who weigh over 200 pounds might also prefer a firmer mattress and find that the Nolah cannot provide the support they need.
