NOLAH MATTRESSES

Warranty Term Nolah Original, Signature, Evolution, Natural and Nurture Mattresses. Our American-made Nolah 10" Original, 12” Signature, 15” Evolution, 11” Natural and 10” Nurture mattresses are covered by a lifetime limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the Nolah Mattress. If your Nolah Mattress is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired with the same or a comparable model by Nolah Technologies LLC.

- For the first 2 years of the Lifetime non-prorated warranty, Nolah will replace your mattress with a brand new one at absolutely no charge to you if deemed defective.

- In years 3-10, Nolah will completely repair and re-cover your Nolah mattress if deemed defective. The only charge to you will be transportation costs of $99 each way. Absolutely no other charges.

- In years 11-25, the original owner will pay the prorated replacement charge of fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price for a replacement if deemed defective.

- In years 25 and beyond, the original owner will pay the prorated replacement charge of sixty (60) percent of the original purchase price for a replacement if deemed defective.

Beginning 3 years after purchase, we also offer an easy, hassle-free alternative called the “Don’t Lose Sleep” option, which does not require approval of a warranty claim. The program eliminates much of the back-and-forth of the claims process, and you never have to go a night without the comfort of a Nolah bed. Here's how it works:

If you choose the “Don’t Lose Sleep” option, you keep your original Nolah mattress instead of sending it in for repair or replacement. You do not have to submit a warranty claim. In all circumstances, the following terms apply:

- Within 3 to 5 years of purchase, we will deliver a brand new Nolah mattress of the same or a comparable model for 50% of the original price you paid.

- Within 6 to 10 years of purchase, we will deliver a brand new Nolah mattress of the same or a comparable model for 60% of the original price you paid.

- After 10 years, we will deliver a brand new Nolah mattress of the same or a comparable model for 80% of the original price you paid.

Don’t Lose Sleep Option may only be used once per customer.

The “Don’t Lose Sleep” option lives up to its name. Between your original mattress and discounted new one, you’ll never go a night without a comfortable bed and don’t have to worry about a warranty claim. Plus, you end up with two mattresses to use as you please.

If a Nolah Mattress cover is deemed defective due to faults in material or craftsmanship within one (1) year from the date of the original purchase, Nolah may choose to repair or replace the cover and not the mattress. If the cover is replaced, it will be with the current design, which may be a different material, color, or style than the original cover purchased. The mattress cover is not warranted after one (1) year.

Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for an Original, Signature, Evolution, Natural or Nurture Nolah Mattress sold by Nolah Technologies. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for any additional owners of the Nolah Mattress.

Requirements to Return Under the Limited Warranty. Only Nolah Mattresses which meet the following requirements will be replaced or repaired under the Limited Warranty:

The Nolah Mattress – if used correctly on a supportive and proper foundation/base which is substantial enough to support the mattress and its users. Certain body impressions and adaptations take place as your mattress adjusts to your body. This is normal and expected. Any deterioration defined by visible indentations of more than one inch (1.0”) would be covered by the warranty;
Each mattress has a specific weight tolerance based on material and size. The chart on this weight tolerance and recommendation page provides guidelines on the maximum weight each mattress can support. Exceeding the weight requirements listed will void the warranty The Nolah Mattress must not show any physical damage to the foam caused by craftsmanship of the mattress inconsistent with normal deterioration.
Law labels must be in place. Removal of law labels will void the warranty
Cover must be on the mattress. Removing the mattress cover will void the warranty. Cover must not show damage including seams and zippers

Items that are Not Covered. The Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

Damage for failure to use a proper bed frame, including, but not limited to, damage caused by an improper foundation. If using a standard frame, foundation must be supported by a 5 or 6 leg bed frame on queen or larger sizes. For any slatted bases, slats must be no more than 5 inches apart.
A normal increase in softness of the foam which is normal and does not affect the pressure-relieving quality of the mattress
Indentions in the foam less than one inch (1.0”)
Comfort preference over time
Individual or personalized allergies and sensitivities
Physical abuse or damage to the Nolah Mattress and/or cover material, including, but not limited to tears, stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, folds, footprints, burns, cuts, signs of jumping on the bed, rodents, insect damage or other infestation, damage from fluids or damage from weather/sun exposure
Repair and/or replacement of the seams, zipper assembly, or mattress cover
Faults in cosmetic appearance on the cover such as wrinkles, loose threads, normal wear and tear and naturally occurring blemishes on the cover. Such minor imperfections do not prevent ordinary use and enjoyment of the Product and do not qualify for warranty.
Improper storage or cleaning of product
When using the Nolah products for any commercial use such as rental properties, hotels, schools, AirBnb, Bed & Breakfast, etc.
Damage due to environmental issues such as/but not limited to humid climates and/or areas where the mattress is exploded to excessive water or humidity
Mattresses that were not removed from box within 30 days of receipt
Complementary products provided to reviewers, content creators or otherwise are not eligible for warranty

Product Replacement Terms. Except as otherwise provided herein, Nolah Technologies will not charge you to repair or replace your Nolah Mattress if it is covered under the Limited Warranty except for a $99 each way shipping fee. If opting for the “Don’t Lose Sleep” Option, Nolah will charge according to the payment structure noted above. Nolah Technologies must arrange the shipping, and the mattress must be deemed to be covered under warranty. If the mattress is considered not to be covered under warranty, the original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs. Nolah Technologies must in all circumstances arrange the shipping.

Warranty on Replacement Products. The Limited Warranty for the replacement Nolah Mattress only runs from the date of purchase of the original Nolah Mattress. No new Limited Warranty is provided on any replacement Nolah Mattresses. The Don’t Lose Sleep option can only be used once per customer.

LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY. THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN AND THE OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES OF NOLAH TECHNOLOGIES AS STATED HEREIN ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL OTHER REMEDIES, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS WERE MADE TO YOU OR RELIED UPON BY PURCHASER WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY AND FUNCTION OF THE NOLAH MATTRESSES SOLD BY NOLAH TECHNOLOGIES.

NOLAH PILLOWS

Your new Nolah pillow is covered by a two (2) year limited warranty.

Warranty term Nolah Squishy, Cooling Foam and AirFiber pillows. Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.

Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for a Nolah Pillow sold by Nolah Technologies LLC. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for any additional owners of the Nolah Pillow.

The limited pillow warranty does not cover:

Normal increases in softening or flattening of materials or any other normal wear and tear such as but not limited to blemishes on the cover and wrinkles of the cover.
Change in comfort preference
Physical abuse or damage to the Nolah Pillow and/or cover material, including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, infestation, mold, mildew, damped, liquid damage, soiling, stains, and/or tears; and/or
Repair and/or replacement of the seams, zipper assembly, or cover
When using the Nolah products for any commercial use such as rental properties, hotels, schools, AirBnb, Bed & Breakfast, etc.
Complementary products provided to reviewers, content creators or otherwise are not eligible for warranty

Original Purchaser. The Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser who purchases a Nolah Pillow from an authorized reseller or through the Site. Any purchases of a Nolah Pillow from an original purchaser will not be covered under the Limited Warranty

Warranty on Replacement Products. No new Limited Warranty is provided on any replacement Nolah Pillow. The Limited Warranty for the replacement Nolah Pillow only runs from the date of purchase of the original Nolah Pillow and will expire two (2) years from the date of the original purchase.

NOLAH PLATFORM BASE

Limited one (1) year warranty.

The Nolah Platform Base is covered by a 1-year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the Platform Base. If your Nolah Platform Base is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired by Nolah Technologies. Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for a Nolah Platform Base sold by Nolah Technologies LLC. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for any additional owners of the Nolah Base.

Full 1-year warranty:

The Platform base is warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. During the first year, Nolah Technologies will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defective part. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found to be stained, soiled, in unsanitary conditions or when product failure is due to cause of misuse or abuse. These warranties do not cover normal wear and tear.

The limited warranty does not apply under the following conditions and circumstances:

• When product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.

• If this product is used for commercial purposes.

• Exceeding this weight restriction could damage the bed and/or cause injury and will void the warranty. The bed frame will support the recommended weight limits if distributed evenly across the bed frame. This product is not designed to support the total maximum weight limit in an isolated section such as the head or foot of the bed frame alone.

Additional terms and conditions: The warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, setup, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses not expressly covered in this warranty. This warranty does not apply: Some states do not allow the exclusions of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may have other rights, which may vary from state to state. This warranty is valid in the 48 continuous states.

Any purchases of a Nolah Platform base from an original purchaser will not be covered under the Limited Warranty Warranty on Replacement Products. No new Limited Warranty is provided on any replacement Nolah Platform base. The Limited Warranty for the replacement Nolah Platform base only runs from the date of purchase of the original Nolah Platform base and will expire 1 year from the date of the original purchase.

Limited ten (10) year warranty.

Warranty Term Nolah Adjustable Base w/ Massage, Adjustable Base w/ Wall Glide and Adjustable Base w/ Headboard. The Nolah Adjustable Base w/ Massage, Adjustable Base w/ Wall Glide and Adjustable Base w/ Headboard are covered by a 10 year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the Nolah Adjustable Base. If your Nolah Adjustable Base is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired by Nolah Technologies.

Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for a Nolah Adjustable Base sold by Nolah Technologies LLC. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for any additional owners of the Nolah Base.

Full 1-year warranty:
The Adjustable bed is warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. During the first year, Nolah Technologies will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defective part. This includes all authorized labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any parts found to be defective.

2-year motor warranty:
The adjustable bed has a two-year, full replacement warranty, parts, labor, and transportation; on the motor, should the motor(s) fail during the first two years of this warranty from the original purchase date,

5-year warranty:
During year two through five, from the original purchase date, Nolah Technologies will replace any bed part, to the original purchaser, found to be defective. The part must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the replacement part(s), or purchaser may be subject to charges for said part(s) to include, but not limited to freight charges. Liability of Nolah Technologies is limited to the replacement of the defective part or parts ONLY with purchaser responsibility for all service, installation and transportation costs of said part(s)

10-year limited warranty:
From year six to ten from the original purchase date, Nolah Technologies will replace, per the terms and conditions et forth in this paragraph, any bed part found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay 1/180 of the current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of months, after the fifth (5^th) year, from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to replacement parts. The purchaser may be subject to charges for said part(s) to include, but not limited to, freight charges. Liability of Nolah Technologies shall be limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) only with purchaser responsibility for all service, installation and freight costs of the said part(s).

Additional terms and conditions:
Warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, set up, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses not expressly covered in this warranty. This warranty does not apply:

To damage resulting from misuse or abuse caused by the purchaser
To damage caused by the repairs or parts replacement by an authorized person.
If the adjustable bed has been mishandled (including during shipping), subject to physical abuse or an improper power supply, or otherwise operated in a manner inconsistent with procedures outlined in the owner’s manual and warranty explained on this site.
To damage to mattresses, bedding, cables, electrical cords, or accessories supplied by dealers.
To modification of the bed without prior written consent by Nolah Technologies.
To costs for unauthorized service calls for the purpose of educating the consumer about the bed or locating properly functioning power outlets.
If the recommended weight restrictions are exceeded.
If used in an environment or a commercial setting for which it was not intended. Although your bed has been rigorously tested within all recommended limits, to maintain the highest standards, exceeding the recommended weight limits may void your warranty. The recommended weight restrictions are 500 lbs, and is calculated to include the weight of the mattress,

Some states do not allow the exclusions of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may have other rights, which may vary from state to state. This warranty is valid in the 48 continuous states.

Any purchases of a Nolah adjustable base from an original purchaser will not be covered under the Limited Warranty

Warranty on Replacement Products. No new Limited Warranty is provided on any replacement Nolah adjustable base. The Limited Warranty for the replacement Nolah adjustable base only runs from the date of purchase of the original Nolah adjustable base and will expire ten years from the date of the original purchase.

NOLAH TOPPER, PAD AND PROTECTORS

Limited ten (10) year warranty.

Warranty Term

Warranty Term Nolah Organic Cotton Mattress Protector, Bamboo Waterproof Protector, Mattress Topper and Bamboo Mattress Pad. The Nolah Organic Cotton Mattress Protector, Bamboo Waterproof Protector, Mattress Topper and Bamboo Mattress Pad are covered by a 10 year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the Nolah Accessory. If your Nolah Accessory is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired by Nolah Technologies.

Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for accessories sold by Nolah Technologies LLC. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for any additional owners of the Nolah Accessory.

The limited accessory warranty does not cover:

Normal increases in softening or flattening of materials or any other normal wear and tear such as but not limited to blemishes and wrinkles on the item. In the event of a defect, Nolah’s sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy will be to provide a replacement Protector under this limited Protector Warranty
Change in comfort preference
Physical abuse or damage to the Nolah accessory and/or material, including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, infestation, mold, mildew, damped, liquid damage, soiling, stains, and/or tears; and/or
Repair and/or replacement of the seams or cover
Not following stated care instructions will void the warranty
When using the Nolah products for any commercial use such as rental properties, hotels, schools, AirBnb, Bed & Breakfast, etc.
Complementary products provided to reviewers, content creators or otherwise are not eligible for warranty

NOLAH SHEETS AND BLANKETS

Limited one (1) year warranty.

Warranty Term

Warranty Term Nolah Bamboo Sheet Set, Bamboo Throw, Bamboo Comforter, Bamboo Duvet Cover, Bamboo Blanket and Bamboo Weighted Blanket. The Nolah Bamboo Sheet Set, Bamboo Throw, Bamboo Comforter Duvet Cover, Bamboo Duvet, Bamboo Blanket and Bamboo Weighted Blanket are covered by a 1 year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the Nolah Accessory. If your Nolah Accessory is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired by Nolah Technologies.

The limited warranty does not cover:
