How does the trial period and return work?

Included with your purchase, is a risk-free 120-night trial period with free return for a full refund.
 
After you purchased your Nolah mattress, you have up to 120 nights to test it in the comfort of our own home. If you do not like it after the initial 30-night break-in period, you can choose to return it up until the 120th night.
 
Returns are not possible within the initial 30-night break-in period or after the 120th night trial period.
 
If you wish to return your mattress, please email us at support@nolahmattress.com after completing the initial 30-night break-in period and before the 120th night after purchase.
 
RETURN PROCESS
1. Submit request: Return request must be submitted at support@nolahmattress.com. Return requests can’t be accepted over phone or live chat, only through email.
 
2. Return initiated: When we receive your return request, a member of our support team will get back to you and guide you through the process below.
 
3. Pickup scheduling: We’ll try to find a local charity to send a driver to pick up the mattress for donation. If no local charity accepts mattress, we’ll try to send a junk hauler or recycling company to remove the mattress for disposal or recycling.
 
4. Day of pickup: Our support team member will give you instructions on what to do on the day or pickup. Instructions depend on terms provided by the local charity or driver.
 
5. Refund: When the mattress has been picked up and remove from your possession, we’ll process your refund in full and email you a Refund Notification.
